You reported it twice, accompanied by "reasonable explanations and comments" like "yo, come on". Psy gave Challenger a verbal warning to knock it off, which he has. If he does it again, he'll receive a formal warning which may even end up being a lite-ban at this point. I didn't think the comment was bad enough to warrant being altered, which is why it's still there.

Is there a report history? Of my reports?If they even exist, those logs are admin only. All I can see is the contents and amounts of reports about a certain post. In this case, it only shows two reports for that comment.
