It requires double the grounds of a regular batch, but the outcome was enjoyable. The recipe asks for you to fill the 1/8 of the container with coarse grounds, and the remainder with water. Following this, it must steep for 16-24 hours in a cool environment, or at room temperature. I used the Maxwell House Colombian grounds, and I sweetened the batch with a bit of agave nectar. If you fuckups burn the beans and complain of the flavor, I ask of you to try this.

I've been trying some cold brews out and they're p tasty.

Trying to consider what kind of grounds to get for myself. The low acidity is p excellent.

Two times the grounds and 1200 times the minutes for a pot of coffee that's really not going to taste much different.

Totally worth it.

But that low acidity fam. You could drink coffee again.

Coffee steeps better when the water is hot or near boiling point. Like certain teas, beers, and other beverages, you will withdraw less of the juice at lower temperatures. In return, you apply more grounds.

Why not just brew a pot of hot coffee and let it sit in the fridge overnight?
