I think everyone else has sort of given up at this point. I mean, I'm more excited for the future novels than any future games at this point. Halo 5 was awful.

It's just something that comes with the job, if you care deeply about spoilers then you can try to avoid them a bit but eh it doesn't usually work out. If you are bothered by gore, haramity, incessant whinging, spoilers, literal shitposts and god knows what else people manage to find and post then it's probably not going to work out well.

In this case Icy posted the spoilers for the whole film in his spoiler thread, I read them and that was that. So anyone posting spoilers for it isn't going to ruin my viewing of the film in a few months time/whenever I do - but it's still a colossal dick move to do it for funsies/spite.

I know they get joy from making people upset. There is no other point for spoilers. Trying to defend it just shows how shitty your logic is, and then you try and backpedal because you did it in a place you frequent and then realize "Oh people don't want me here anymore?!

" And they're legitimately upset about it and then get snippy.

Had parts of Halo 5 spoiled for me that way.

I mean I wasn't upset or anything because I called it and I didn't believe in the #greatesthuntinhistory marketing, but it still got spoiled. Didn't damper my enjoyment of the campaign either.
