In Westeros there aren't any. While male characters are shown in Gay relationships, would there ever be a transgender King? Somehow I don't see the Iron Born accepting Theon now that he's undergone his transgender surgery.

Maybe Brianne?

I mean, it's a medieval society so putting modern political labels on characters isn't going to be easy.

And as I recall the Ironborn were based heavily on the vikings, and the vikings pretty much considered any man that couldn't have an erection to be a second-class citizen, so yeah, I doubt they'd let a eunuch be king.
