Well it depends, really, on how good your razor is.  I use gilette.
But generall what i do it i shave my crotch, chest, armpits, and butt in the shower with shaving cream.  I tend to dry shave my arms and legs while I'm at home because it takes me a while to do.  But at skool, I do it all in the shower.  And for my cheeks and neck, I pluck it all with tweezers because I'm a frustrated weirdo. 

It's all annoying, though, because I don't grow as much hair as most guy (I don't think), but it's enough to be noticeable, at least to me.
