I just got back from a Chris Tomlin concert.

I got to meet the man himself, and it was great!
I've always heard he was short, but he's actually my height. Just average.

Had to make things quick though, there was a huge line behind me. AND I got to meet Tenth Avenue North.
Talked to Mike (the singer) about them being compared to Swtitchfoot very often apparently. And Jon Foreman's(singer of Swtichfoot) writing style in comparison to their's.

My head hurts, but it was a fun night.

Despite what musical talent they had. I have been to Christian music concerts before. It's usually just carbon copied from the albums. No flair to it. No real reason to see them live because they do nothing different. They add nothing new.

I've never seen that happen.

And both Hillsong and Jesus Culture kinda "lengthen" their songs too much.

For some like Daniel Bashta, its for creativity. A new line, something is different. Not the same part repeated 80 times.

I hate that Meet and Greets are so rushed. I was able to give him my business card and discuss my music for like, 10 seconds but then I got out of there so other people could meet him. It was cool though.

He's the reason I learned guitar, and I never knew there even was Christian music until I heard his songs.
