It was so sudden. I wasn't paying attention to my phone and when I look I had 72 messages. At first I thought maybe my group chat was just talking a lot, but no.

I don't even know what to do, and its strange that Im even posting this here. Fuck...

Yep. My step brother hanged himself when I was younger. I've never seen a body so pale before.

Didn't touch him at the funeral. I was afraid how it'd feel. I was crying like an idiot though, so eh. No touchy would have helped.

No one knows, he was last seen on the beach at night. They found his body in the water this morning. No one knows if someone did something to him, if it was accidental, or suicide...

Truth be told, it really doesn't feel like he's dead. Just that he's in a different state or something.

I mean, he was my step brother, and we weren't very very close, so yeah. He didn't live in the same house as me. Idk.

When you see a body in real life, it's much different and more surreal/blunt than they always make it in movies or shows and what not.
