So about an hour ago I was at the mall with friends and I already wanted to leave because I was not feeling well but it wasn't too bad. But about 30 minutes later I started to get really warm and sweating, my pulse increased.

I asked my friends where the nearest bathroom was they became worried and pointed out that my face was extremely pale including my lips and the areas under my eyes were turning dark, before they answered my hearing started to cut out, it became extremely muffled and all I could hear was myself breathing. They tried to show me where it was but then confusion started to set in, I couldn't decipher anything even what was happening.

 Just as confusion set in my vision started to become extremely blurry and then faded away into grey blotches until all I could see was grey. I then lost my sense of balance and toppled over and passed out.

When I regained consciousness paramedics were inspecting me. They checked my pupils and blood pressure and decided if they should call an ambulance or not. They didn't call the ambulance and I started understand what was happening. The paramedics claimed it happened most likely because I haven't eaten in two days and a result of low blood sugar from not eating.

Anyway, have any of you ever had an emergency in public.

No, but I experienced the exact same thing a few years back.
Apparently I was low on electrolytes, so I drank some gatorade >_>

When I had a stomach virus I had a similar thing, but it was 100X worse. Lasted for a week :(

I almost had the same experience as you, except it was out of dehydration.

Yeah, I didn't have water for a day, and I had just biked 8 miles followed by 50 minutes of swimming...

Though somebody had a 30oz bottle of water, which I finished in barely a minute, so I didn't pass out in the end.
