2 weeks is a big deal, but not the end of the world. Check your syllabus and contact your professors on what you missed. Contact anyone from those classes to see if they'll bring you up to speed.

Hopefully you didn't miss any quizzes. If you missed an exam you'll want to talk to the professor about make up work.
