Apparently we're going to need the insulted users to post in the thread approving of the OP insulting them for it to be okay.

It would seem this is what happens when some users don't learn when to stop insulting another user that wants them to stop.

Someone should invent a way of perhaps muting other members, or maybe have rules that make sense and are actually enforced correctly.

If I ever had the power or ability to do anything like that, then I would. But srry.
