Yet I can do pull-ups and push-ups like nothing. Makes no sense

Dont go to the gym anymore but my most hated days were core (pecs, abs, ect). It would just be killer the next day. Could barely walk.

you do shoulder rolls I presume? those can suck with anything over 25lbs dumbbells. I just go for the machine shoulder exercises because I'm a shameless noob
