I have to wake up at 6:30 in the morning to help with food prep and opening up my restaurant...and I absolutely hate it.

Why? Because I'm always fucking tired in the morning no matter how much I sleep

For real though the only thing you can do about it is wake up earlier to give yourself time to actually wake up. I've run on four hours of sleep and less plenty of times because I get up at like five, drive my dad to work (we share a car until his jeep is fixed), come back home, dick around for about 45 minutes, then leave for work. By the time I drop my dad off at work I'm awake enough to drive back home and finish getting ready then tackle my morning shift. Of course you could also try sleeping more but I doubt that's your problem.

Depends on what I have to do the next day. If I don't work in the morning I usually go to bed at around 2am, but on days like today where I have to be in by 6:30 I try to go to bed by 11pm.

Yeah it really doesn't make sense to me at all, I've been this way for as long as I can remember...Maybe I have some sort of sleeping disability that I can be compensated for
