congrats dude
I got $3,000 in Pell Grants and another $3,000 from my college's scholarship. No other scholarships than that though. I only applied to one because my grandma "forced me" to, and I didn't get it because the paper work got screwed in the mail.
Hey I'll be $2k richer this Friday. But it's surplus student loan money so I have to pay it back at some point but Imma use it for a new gaming PC

I am glad I do not have to deal with financial aid. The GI Bill is the one good thing I got out of the military.

At least you were able to get the money. The trick is to have a single mom, $40k income, and have both your mom and brother in college at the same time all while receiving $36k a year in social security which isn't counted towards income.

As for me, if I can get my job back at Target, I can at least get some income, even though it's minimum. The US sucks...Healthcare and education should not be financial burdens for anyone.
