it's nothing like stealing a wii u. it's using a different product that functions similar to a wii u.
this kind of thing is pretty common in other industries. for example all those home brands that stores sell are 99.9% the same as name brands. do you have a problem with those too?
oknintendo has never sanctioned this, they're not affiliated with it, they've never greenlit itit's theft--and if it's not theft, it's some other morally execrable term that i will label you with instead
i do, actuallywhy wouldn't i
nintendo doesn't need to. they don't have any say in the matter
and even then, at least you're paying money for those off-brand productsyou're not paying hundreds of dollars for an emulator
well you can, not every emulator is freeit's not as if you have to charge money for your product
YO LC hit me up with a PS2 emulator so I can play FFXII again damn it!
Quote from: LC on March 31, 2017, 10:46:17 PMwell you can, not every emulator is freeit's not as if you have to charge money for your productthen that's money that should be going to nintendowith off-brand food, at least that money is going towards the food industry, which i can't really say is all that bad
but nintendo did nothing to create the product, so them taking the money would be actual theft

i assumed you meant that money paid for those emulators should be given to Nintendo instead of the creators when you said that
do you have your original ps2 so you can dump your BIOS? I'm not aware of any PS2 emulators right now that don't need a BIOS to function. dumping your bios onto your computer is also legal btw
I have two PS2 consoles that wont read any discs, and two copies of FFXII CE in my room right now. Next step plz.
