yesterday morning i started feeling like shit and began convulsing so i went to the bathroom expecting to barf but i ended up just sitting on the toilet not pooping or peeing or barfing just shaking for 45 minutes and then my nausea went away

What the heck

Has that ever happened to you before?
the convulsing isnt abnormal, i usually shake a lot before i throw up. this is the first time in a long time that ive had such awful nausea and not thrown up though.
