I feel like crying my eyes out because of everything I ate today

I have a seriously problem, not a joke either lol. My relationship with food is terrible.

Today I binged on

5 bowls of cereal
tons of mexican candies
A huge bowl of oatmeal
Pineapples
Hostess Cupcakes
Loaf of cinnamon bread
Hot chocolate
Half a wheel of cheese
8 oatmeal creampies
1 pint of ice cream
Half a bag of potato chips

And I'm 3 days away from the rave I was prepping so hard for. Holy fuck kill me. I'm going to have to fast a shit ton to get back to where I was in time

Yeah dude, I'm actually stuck in a really bad cycle right now. Basically for the entire week I eat super clean bro-food low calorie as fuck. Pure egg whites/chicken/broccoli, and very low calorie with tons of cardio. I end up burning a lot of fat and looking really good, but my body is so starving that on the weekend even a taste of sugar sends me into a huge binge, where I eat past the point of being sick. I literally lose control I can't explain it :/

Then I feel so guilty that for the rest of the week I eat super clean bro-foods....
