Does acquaintances/friends becoming pregnant make anyone else feel awkward?

Couple days ago, someone I consider myself somewhat close to told me she was pregnant. Since then it's felt really weird interacting with her. Does anyone else feel somewhat uncomfortable or awkward when friends/acquaintances become pregnant?

Not really

When I found out that my coworker was pregnant it was a 'oh, so i'll be covering their shifts then' rather than anything awkward.

When it's in the family, it's wonderful news.
I mean it'd be pretty fuckin weird if any of my friends got pregnant seeing as they are all guys.

When I found out a couple of my classmates had already had kids it was a bit 'LOL' for one of them and 'sou ka' for the other.

Thankfully the idiotic bitch got her kid taken off her for completely unforseeable incidents of leaving it in MickeyDeeznuts every evening to go and get bladdered sooooooooooo at least the little bastard has a chance in life without it's mother.
