That'd be nearly $3000 for a semester, and that's only one way since I've got a friend who'll let me carpool to the campus.

I haven't seen Pop-Pop in eight years.

I tense up so hard whenever I have to drive near large vehicles like that.

I never learned how to pass vehicles in driver's ed, so I often find myself stuck, and it's just the worst shit ever.

Best advice I can give is to remember the obvious things. Look both ways, come to a complete halt at stop signs, use your blinkers, check your blind spot, following distance, etc. The common sense things always seem to be the first people forget.

Like, I know the entire process of passing, but I've never actually performed one, because they terrify me.

After making sure the maneuver is legal, you signal, check your mirrors, check your blindspot, make sure no one's there, fade over, speed up (which is the terrifying part), signal right, check your mirrors and blindspot again, and then fade over.

You have to do all of that. It's not just one thing you're doing. It's many things all at once, in an extremely short amount of time. It's not "literally just" anything, and you HAVE to learn how to properly do it before you can do it. Common sense.
