I never though it would come to this, but I do need some advice..

I've started working out a bit more around 2 weeks ago, I've got no time to give brojobs at the gym so I need a workout/diet  routine I can follow everyday to develop my upper body.

So far I've been doing sets of elevated pushups and chinups and half an hour sessions of boxing with my brother, I'm going to start running in a week and I've been eating more eggs and shit


Anything else I should be doing? And when will I start to see results?

I made my own own pullup bar out of a 2x4 I nailed to the wall, but its annoying to use and hurts my bitch hands

I'll put it on the list

If you have the budget for a power tower, you have the pullup, dip bar and the other side for core workouts. Highly recommend if you're willing to pay money for equipment. Although if you have a gym membership I'm sure they'll have at least one.

Almost all variations of pushups are godly as well

Yeah, I've got one of those I can attest to its usefulness. Spend half an hour on it each night (pullups, dips, pushups, core stuff) and it's great.

Once you can do 10 good-form pullups, add weight with resistance bands or a vest.

Rowing is an excellent cardio and upper-body workout

High in fat and sugar, low in protein. I mix it into my protein shakes, but by itself it's not a particularly healthy drink.

I'd be concerned about dropping the weight and damaging the floor. Maybe you could use resistance bands by tucking one under each leg of the tower and then looping them over your ankles? When I do bodyweight exercises and want to increase difficulty, I just do them slower and pause in the middle. For pushups I do 4-4-4, so I take 4 seconds to get down, pause in the bottom (off the ground), then 4 seconds up. You could do the same thing with leg raises and it'll basically do the same thing as a weighted rep.

Depends what your goals are and how your body reacts to it.  If you're lactose intolerant it can make you bloated. It has a lot of calories with low protein so it will waste calories that could be from something else.  I quit drinking it awhile ago personally.
