Yesterday i came to the realization that i am addicted to attention and praise

I get off on compliments and praise, yesterday at the gym people were practically worshipping me abd as a result i was cumming day and night

But i am really humble irl and people tell me they are surprised by how humble i am, but in reality they don't know how big my ego really is. It's not healthy and i need to fix it before i come crashing down

jive do you ever worry about getting addicted to the lifestyle and fucking yourself up? or do you have good self-control and DISCIPRINE.

i know a lot of guys who used to look great who just kept fucking going because they were never satisfied and now they look like freaks. i feel bad for them but its all their own fault.

Interesting question, i've thought about this too

I like to THINK i have control to know when to stop, but that's what many freak-bodybuilders used to think as well.

I have a few pro bodybuilder friends who tell me i have good potential to look really sick, but they tell me if i ever take the road of steroids that I will most likely get psychologically addicted to the insane mental boosts and end up never being satisfied/looking freaky.

 Though i think with the guys i aspire to look like I keep it in range of looking bigger than everyone, but not freakish big. Like a greek god type physique i guess

i know i'll never become one of those freak gym rats because i've sworn to keep my hobby all-natural. no hormones, no roids, not even creatine. naturally sculpting my body into something beautiful is the end goal, and is something i'll be able to maintain for the rest of my life.

Does Jive use roids? His physique isn't unattainable through natural bodybuilding (I haven't seen many pictures of him, but from what I can see anyway).

And why are you against Creatine? Are you against whey, too? I don't use either (Well, I use to use Whey, but not anymore since my dining plan at my campus = Infinite food), but creatine isn't "Unnatural" at all, it's just a preworkout.

creatine isn't just a preworkout though, it's a supplement that provides your cells with extra energy and speeds up your recovery. i'm not completely against it but i'd rather not use it because i don't want to build a dependency. i'm against preworkouts in general because i love that feeling of natural adrenaline surging through my body when i power through my routine, rather than needing to get hyped up off a shit ton of stimulants.

and yes, i use whey protein, specifically in my "gains" shake, which includes whole milk, peanut butter, greek yogurt, and hemp seeds.
