Programming is the shit. My new job basically forced me to learn JQuery, and it's sooooo much easier and more intuitive and Javascript is. Once you learn one language, the others will come to you a lot faster, IMO.
I recently spoke to my adviser today about my future, and I asked him where most of the Astronomy majors end up. Probably sixty percent head onto graduate school and likely perform research, but that's not really what I want to do. I might end up getting my teaching certification after I complete my BS.
