I'm not trying to convert anyone. You can't. People are evil and selfish and will do what their genes tell them to. Anyone who can be a vegan will do so of their own accord, without convincing. Eventually.

Although I do have some ethical motivation, my main reasons for trying vegetarian is due to it being more ecological and healthy.

It's hard at first and in comparispm to vegetarianism because it seems like almost everything has dairy or eggs in it. When I first started off it was a huge shock for me. Meat is pretty easy to avoid if you want, dairy and eggs aren't.

Obviously I don't even consider it now (2 years into it). It's just a part of my life.

Body can't keep down solids. Been living off tasty tubes for a while. I test it everycouple weeks. If I start feeling like more ass or I throw it up I know I've not made progress.

I made soft tacos with a salsa made of beans and mushrooms. I stirred some mozzarella into it while it was cooking and it's probably the best food idea I've ever had.
