it's actually much easier than I thought it would be. At first it was slightly difficult to come up with food to make, but it's not actually objectively more complicated, just different to what I'm used to.

Yeah, you can do quite a lot without meat really.

The substitutes are pretty good these days too, Quorn and the like. That way you can make whatever meat dish you'd normally do, but with myco instead. Some work better than others mind you, I wouldn't try to make beef bourginon with myco.

I want to be able too. If vegetables weren't such a sensitivity of mine.

I wouldn't give up dairy though. Have to keep making and eating yogurt for my gut flora.

We weren't talking about the objectivivity of the statements though, we were talking about why people in general aren't fond of vegans.

Well I haven't written an essay.
Basically everything found in meat can also be found in plants and dairy, except B12. Some milk substitutes have it added, but if I'm serious about this I might buy B12 pills.

But they DO have some things that supposedly (not sure if anyone actually verified this) make an all vegetable diet better for the world around us. Mainly by reducing green-house gases produced by livestock.
