Here's some trick I used on the sleep challenge and just from wanting to stay up.1. Keep cold2. If you sri k caffeine don't drink it all at once, balance it out3. Keep your mind occupies with stuff you find interesting (this site won't really help with that)4. Gaming really helpsThere's more but you aren't doing multiple days.
I suggest you use amphetamines. Be careful though, too much and you'll be unable to sleep for days.
