I can suggest the obvious being on 3 meals, 2 fruit + 5 vegetables and 60 minutes of at least moderate exercise a day if you're not already/are able to?

I know it's because of my horrible sleep pattern. I can't seem to get any, I'm constantly waking up thanks to the fucking rednecks and their loud as fuck trucks. What I need are some earplugs. On top of that I'm beat from work and my body aches, especially my back.

In the meantime, I need a pickmeup.
