I'm researching TV bundles vs paying for individual channels for school

And I come across this comment.

"I don't understand how I can be forced to pay for channels that conflict with my religious beliefs. Do I have to incorporate before I have the constitutional right to refuse pay for things with which I fundamentally disagree. Is there an attorney willing to take this clear violation of my rights to the U.S. Supreme Court?"
