I'd say you can, but it's probably due to the large amount of tea that you've consumed. Try drinking less, and you shouldn't feel so bad. Not too little, not too much. Moderation is key. If tea isn't making you calm enough, try meditation. I've heard that old people enjoy it quite a lot.

Personally I'm quite young, and I don't have any issues or mental health problems, but don't feel discouraged.
