No. I have only a handful of complaints that, if fixed (which they could've easily been), would resort in the movie's only flaws being the pacing and characterisation of Lex Luthor.

Man of Steel, save for its pacing, was a fantastic film. This movie, less so, but you can still see the greatness that could've been.

If it's visually good and has good fighting it's acceptable for me
