Just cut calories and if you can't put up what you could before, decrease volume instead of the weight. But ideally, if you're cutting at a proper pace and with good nutrition, you shouldn't be decreasing your reps by much at all. A few of mine went from 4x10 to 4x8, but many of them didn't. I had an insanely successful cut this year and I dropped thirty-three pounds over the course of five months with no strength loss, just a bit of a volume decrease.

I'm getting about 160-180 grams of protein a day. Not too many carbs. Less than 40 grams easily. I'm at 20% body fat right now which is just...horrid. Ugh.
