It's been confirmed that one character will be killed (bets are on Peggy Carter) and there are rumors that it can be as many as 3 will be killed off.

If either Cap or Iron Man dies, it would probably make the movie as impactful as it has the potential to be. Something like that happening and the team being left broken for the events of Infinity Wars would be really cool to see.
