There is a problem. lemon is an autistic man-child who follows me around the forum derailing my threads and the threads of others with hostile spam directed at me. When he's called out about it he plays innocent. I don't visit his threads and I make no effort in the slightest to impinge upon him but he still believes its his duty to do some sort of justice upon me. I've tried everything I can to mollify him or shake him loose and it doesn't work. It's no fun for me. It doesn't leave me many opportunities for fun. Thus the forum is like a broken toy that can't be fixed. I might as well give it up.

Lemon's a cool guy, he's antagonistic, but that's really just him.

Alright, but that's not what I'm talking about. Whether he gets to me or not, I still can't do anything around here without him derailing it with hate against me. If I try to moderate his influence it still happens. If I ignore him it still happens. I muted him and it resulted in my threads being largely invisible to me. All this while I never seek him out for interaction.
