I live in a decent sized house and the majority of the roof's structure was charred around the interior. We've spent $8,000 in tech since all of the tech was fried from a direct hit.

Please don't go into The Gulf Coast. Please. Haven't had a bad one since Katrina.

We out here with bullet proof (basically) windows, and a non flooding zone. Move some furniture indoors and hunker down.

All will be well, we were born into hurricanes. But a potential landfall Cat 4 is no joke.

Grab a chainsaw and cut it down before the wind hits. Believe me, having a tree destroy your house sucks. Went through it in 2015, never will again. All my trees are cut down or are small.
