How would you handle people who have multiple bans on this site?

What I would do is this. After the second ban in order to unlock you posting privilege you have to PM Cheat a video of you doing this dance. Cheat then would post it in a mark of shame forum(A forum where the videos of the dances would be posted.) for us to see.

Then for the people who get banned again would have to do this dance.

I would say this would greatly reduce the amount of repeat offenders. For starters you would have to take the time to learn the dance and then there's the shame aspect to it. If you did get banned I hardly doubt any sane or non-weeb would want to do the second dance.

I'd do what's already in effect, each ban increases until the user is perma'd.
Although I'd change lite-bans to be a bit longer.
