I'm substituting white wine vinegar for the alcohol. Wish me luck. May post a pic of results.

I can't remember but my mom's ex's mom once gave me brie with some sort of spice sprinkled on top, and it tasted amazing. I can't remember the name of the actual spice though.

GUYS

I fucked it up :' (

A tad too much white wine vinegar. I'm going to try again tomorrow. It's slightly too loose, and under the cheese I can taste the vinegar despite trying to even it out with garlic and more smoked cheese.

It pains me to have mishandled cheese

It's doable. You just need something acidic. But I added just a touch too much. I was only slightly off.
