How should I quit my present job tomorrow?

I got a job that pays double. My current sales manager is a douche, but his boss is awesome. So I am torn.

FYI: I didn't put a proper 2 weeks in because I don't trust my current manager to have not cut me there and then. I needed the cash. I have a 2 and a 4 year old to proclvide for. No risks.

So, how do I tell them?

Give them a two weeks notice and if they try to screw you over, just quit.
