The normal 15% if it's normal service. If they were really great and they made the time at the restaurant enjoyable then I'll give them more. If they're terrible then nothing at all.

If it's like a big shared money pot that gets split across all the staff, then you'd also be 'punishing' whoever was responsible though.

Depends on how much the bill is, how long we're there, and how the waiter was. It usually ends up being right around 15%, so we don't really jip them. But if I'm in a group, I try to get out of tipping.
