How many pillows do you sleep on?

4, two larger pillows as back support when i'm laying down during the day and two memory foam pillows in the front for when i'm sleeping.

Just the one, I used to sleep with 3-4 but I kinda realised that sleeping sitting up isn't all that great for your lower back.

if my back is hurting, I'll sleep without a pillow but stick a wheatbag under my neck for support <.<

I have two, one is really soft and weird to sleep with unless I put my arm under it, the other is hard and sometimes uncomfortable. I usually only sleep with the soft one under me.

2 quite thin pillows.

It's more the height than the comfort I like, so my neck is near-horizontal when I lay sideways. Really spacey foamy pillows are too much for me, so I use 1 if I'm not in my own bed.
