How many languages can you speak?

I'm fluent in English and Spanish

Recently received access to a good language learning program. Trying to decide whether I want to learn French, German, or Arabic first. Was leaning towards French

1 English - duh
3/4 Japanese - I'm at about the level of a 12 year old, maybe 13 in japanese. I need to focus on Kanji, because until then I can't say I'm fluent. But I can generally understand most things that people say/write in grorious nipponese.
1/2 French - I was fairly decent with it, but i haven't used french in about 5-6 years now so it's kinda dead in the water
1/4 Spanish - couple of years in school, I doubt it goes much beyond travel book lines and odd words.

I've got english. I'm incredibly rusty and only half versed in Quebec french. And over time I've learned very sparse Ukranian.

Only English fluently. Used to be somewhat fluent in Irish but now not so much. I still understand it I'm just not great at speaking it.
Used to be okay at German but almost completely forget it now.

I only speak English. I took Spanish for ten years and can't speak it at all.
