The only things I get from physical activity are sweat and fatigue, and both of those things suck.
Because I find information and conversation more interesting than I find physical activity. The Internet is the information superhighway. The only things I get from physical activity are sweat and fatigue, and both of those things suck.
You know saying active and getting regular exercise significantly affects, not only one's physical health, but their mental health as well.I would've pegged you for a guy that would endorse that. I guess not.
Because I have a health condition that makes me chronically fatigued and sore. I don't even remember what it feels like to have the energy to be active. That doesn't mean, however, that I want to live this way. What I wouldn't give to feel energetic and healthy again.

I guess not.I'm not saying I don't endorse it--it just doesn't do anything for me specifically. There was a period of time where I did exercise regularly for about a year. While I was getting results, I just felt stultified. I wasn't happy, I was just wasting my time. That's why I stopped. But I'm not gonna sit here and say BC is wrong for getting something out of it. He can have at it.

Did you get tested or were you diagnosed with it?
