How do you deal with not going to martial arts daily?

for about half the week I feel great all the days long, but then when there's no more martial arts on my schedule, I can barely get up from the bed. The pain, the exhaustion, the feeling of improvement, the understanding and mastering of techniques; it's all heavenly.
