Do suicide attempts count?Though I've never actually attempted suicide, I've been at a point where my death not only seemed comforting, but inveigling. That is to say, I really wanted to do it. That was after I got drunk for the first and only time.

Born prematurely with a jacked up heart. 50/50 chance of survival.Doctors tried to fix one of the valves on my heart, and I've got a lovely scar on my back as proof of that. But once they did the surgery, they couldn't really do anything for me. So whatever happened, happened.I'm happy to say I survived, and I'm here today.Spoilerinb4godsnotreal

Back in High School I did fairly well in all of my classes except math. I despised math, but worked with my mom to try and understand it since my math teachers were egotistical assholes who cared more about talking about their life stories than teaching. After failing a math test (before senior year, I was God awful at Geometry) my mom practically screamed in my face about how I'd never be able to get anything past a burger flipper at McDonald's. I promptly went into my dad's room, sneaked his pistol out, and went into my room. I had the gun in my mouth a couple of times, but I couldn't do it. Ended up being talked out of it by really good (but no longer want anything to do with me) friends.
Probably because I pick up on things faster than I let on and knew I was going to die in the end anyways.
Came out of the womb blue and choking on my own umbilical cord. It seems as though once yearly a soccer mom in an oversized SUV nearly kills me on my motorcycle Worst one put me about... not even a foot from oncoming traffic.
Oh yeah when I was like 10 someone threw a big weight on my head and completely cracked my skull. Went to the hopital

Oh... I just thought something about drinking made you want to commit suicide.

Nearly killed my mum and myself with a complicated birth.More recently I got electricuted after turning on a wet lightswitch. Safe to say, I envy the US' inefficient yet safer voltage output after that.Wasn't going to kill me but I accidentally shoved a pitchfork into my foot. Luckily I didn't hit anything.

I've been hospitalized to the point where they thought I was gonna die 3 times in my life. The first being when I was born. I was late and they had to do an emergency C-section. Supposedly both my mother and I almost died.Second was on my 5th birthday. My skull got cracked and I bled out. I was stuck waiting in the emergency room for 4 hours before they finally took me in, and that was only because I was going cold. (Great health care system, huh?) There was no brain trauma and since I was young enough even the minor crack in the skull healed, but I was left with a permanent scar on my forehead. The third being in the first grade, school food gave me and a few others food poisoning. It hospitalized me badly enough that I couldn't be fed anything at all for days without immediately puking it back up. I had to be moved to another hospital because the first one I was at was convinced I was done for. It's safe to say that I should probably be dead right now.

I have memory of running, turn my head back to see how far she was, and then turning back around just in time to hit a sharp corner in the wall.I remember gaining consciousness in the car and seeing a blood soaked towel, and then again after I had been stitched up. There was a nurse showing me a chat with smiley faces and asking me to point at which one I was feeling. That's all I remember but it was traumatizing enough that I remember it pretty clearly to this day even though I was only 5.
