I'm not afraid of heights, just falling from heights.

Injuring my hands to the point that I can't play the guitar, bass, drums or piano anymore.

I hate bugs

and the dark sometimes. Mostly when I'm walking around in it.

I'm terrified of heights, but I've always wanted to leap from the Empire State Building. The first time I thought of this I was 8. Someone asked me "if you could choose how you die, how would it happen",

And I responded with " I would jump, so I could fly be fore I die".

I'm afraid of heights because I always have the urge to jump, but it's more for the rush of it. I should just go sky diving

Having everything yanked out from under me. I'm getting closer and closer to getting to where I'm aiming. But it's a tightrope. I make one wrong step, and I could fuck all of it up. One stroke of bad luck, and all of it would be trashed. That, and being unable to move/work.

Being debilitated to the point where I'd be ineffective. Work stabilizes me. Keeps my thoughts occupied on the task at hand. As hard as it is, standing up and about every morning, is, ironically, what keeps me going. If I sit down and stop, then things get sketchy.

And, of course, at one point, looking back to find that I've done everything on my own. Things would be so much cheerier if I didn't always have to give myself a boot in the ass to push through all the time.

I don't fear anything, but have lava near me and I'll avoid it unless it's safe to be around.

Do I fear bugs? Yes, I fear them because I don't want them to lay eggs in my clothes, because that would mean that I'd have to get them washed, and the eggs could spread to my bed.

Do I really fear anything though? No.

learning to drive, getting a job, moving out, paying bills, fending for myself

i'm already depressed as it is, but that shit is gonna take a massive, massive toll on my morale

that's a good fear, it'll motivate you to be clever and find those little loopholes and niches where you can succeed without feeding the beast
