You will find out who you are not a thousand times, before you ever discover who you are. I hope you find peace in yourself and learn to love instead of hate.
You can never be sure of how the previous user took care of the part.

Get new parts, its best that, because the parts might not work, and private sellers generally dont do refunds, especially if they know it wont work.

Plus, it wont exactly help the longevity of your pc if you just use, used parts.

There not that going to be that much cheaper. When you're talking about something like PC parts it's best just to go with new stuff.
most parts i can get anywhere from $30-80 cheaper from /r/hardwareswap. Just wondering if lack of warranty is worth it.

Well yeah what's the purpose of this build. Is it a gaming rig or what?
HTPC budget build with a graphics card.

Honestly, used parts in this case aren't a problem.
