Basically Negan. Had a feeling he'd show up in the finale but now it's pretty much confirmed over at Spoil The Dead by the casting call.

This also means that a major character is going to die in the finale.

Negan is like a really good villain in the comics who uses a baseball bat wrapped in barbed wire. He causes a lot of major events for the story, hence the hype.

There are rumours going around that Daryl might get Lucille'd, although I doubt it will happen because he makes way too much money for the show. Hopefully I'm wrong. AMC needs to take more risks with character deaths.
