Chrome. Webms load off other sites, like 4Chan and Webm uploaders, but they just wouldn't here.

They're just more trouble than they're worth. Oh, they're a smaller file size than a gif? Picture files taking up space on a page shouldn't be a problem unless you're literally running Windows 98.

They have their advantages over gif files, though they are more situational. The only reason you would use a gif over a Webm is for the sake of simplicity, which is often reason enough.
