Are they developing a launcher for it? If so, don't expect it for a long time.

Also, Elon Musk announced he would be doing something similiar a while back, before this announcement. He also has a launch vehicle ready to go. Hopefully with reusability soon.

Also this has been attempted before, it costs billions.
