Neither. They're inherently selfish, and evil results from that more often than good. But luckily "feeling good about myself" is a feeling that a lot of humans try to achieve through morality, which can create good acts.

All in all, there's not a moral disposition that humans are naturally born with, but just one of self-interest and individuality.

An acceptable answer. I'm still not quite sure how I would answer the question. I mean, humans are prone to animalistic tendencies, which, while not bad, are certainly not good. Even if we put shackles on those tendencies with our contemporary sense of morality, we are still drawn to those tendencies.

I'll have to give it some more thought, but I seem to be leaning to the "no" side of the spectrum.
