 We're gonna be getting this guy from a shelter here in Japan next week. He was rescued around 8 months old, living on a mountain somewhere. He's pretty unsocialized, and was literally shaking with fear when we came to see him, so there's a lot of work to be done when we get him home, but this will be our second abandoned dog so we're relatively prepared. The name they gave him is Miyagi, but that doesn't feel very creative. Give it your best shot.

His breed is unknown, so feel free to chime in on that, too.

I always give my pets names that are obscure/niche, keeps things interesting. I have Mordred now, but I also had a bird in middle school named Hraesvelgr. You could try names like that.
