Sometimes I dream that my grandpa is still alive.

A lot of things in your life are going to be hard. They're going to be shitty. They're going to seem like they're far away and impossible to reach. And you're going to look at them like you look at a mountain. It'll loom over you and seem impossible.

You know what you do with that? Focus. Don't look at the mountain. Don't look at the distance. Take things a day at a time. Take everything a single day at a time. And if you shift your focus to something so small like just a day and make your day count. Then eventually you'll look back and find that time has passed and you're much farther along than you expected.

You'll find that huge mountain in front of you gone because you took it a day at a time instead of looking at it in full. And later on, once you've gone over your mountain, you can look back at it in full and realize that you did it.

Bruh don't be so hard on yourself. You have a majority of your life ahead of you, if you think your fat set goals and get somebody to help you lose the weight. It seems like your real issue is self confidence. Try to make yourself the person that will make you happy. There was a time when I was an concentration camp Jew level skinny virgin who had never flirted with a girl meanwhile all my buddies were having sex on a regular basis. You just have to come to terms with who you are, and who you want to be. If you love yourself you'll find somebody who will love you too. And love isn't something that can just be rushed into.
