Having a problem with my desktop

Yesterday it didn't let me sign in to my computer at all even after turning it on and off multiple times. I decided to wait another day and still it will not let me log on.

Everytime I put the password in and press enter, this prompt comes up:

"The User Profile Service service failed the logon.

User profile cannot be loaded."

What can I do to fix this because I'm moments away from flipping this desk

Oh I forgot to mention, the windows 7 start up jingle doesn't play when I get to the log in screen when it should

You're probably going to need to make a separate account to do this. I had a similar issue back on Windows 8.1 but that was because of my own tampering so I knew how to fix it.

During logon, hit the appropriate F button to get to boot menus. Choose Safe Mode. Try to log in. Once in, you're gonna have to get into your user profile.

I looked everywhere for that and couldn't find it. I should have nailed it to my wall or something.

I tried calling Microsoft but their service is a fucking joke. All the machine did was tell me to go to their website... which I can't even go to
